  • ‘Bouquet’ – my garden continues to inspire

    I was given bouquets of fresh flowers whilst I was in hospital recently. As I have a broken leg I am not very mobile at the moment. So what to do but paint! Acrylic on canvas.

  • Up in the Clouds

    I’d been thinking about this one for a while. I love how the clouds form in the valleys some mornings. And I wanted to keep the colours neutral. I’ve been looking at Wollumbin for several years.   • My Garden continued

    I am fortunate to live in the bush with a semi tropical garden next to my home. Wildlife are our neighbours and are now enjoying the plentiful water after recent rains and the green grass.

  • France, Holland and Egypt

    A collection of gouache and ink drawings on water colour paper. I had the immense pleasure of drawing and painting in 2 Life Drawing sessions in Montmartre in Paris. Egypt presented many historical and artistic sites for drawing. The camel in front of the pyramids is my favourite.
