Pique Assiette Mosaic in pink

I was inspired to create from a chipped Old English pink plate I found at the tip shop. I had a little side table I wanted to mosaic so I found some pink, Red and white tiles, stained glass and jewellery. The butterfly mirror just had to go on there too. Everything was glued down with clear silicon and the next day I used Cinnamon coloured grout to finish it off. Like all my mosaics, it is still 3 D but there are a few spots to put a wine glass! I guess I won’t try to do a dining table! This little table is old with a plywood top I found in a second hand shop. Lots of fun and I guess a little whymsical and romantic.
